Tutor and coach application data is stored securely in Google Workspace (Google Forms and Google Sheets), which is protected by Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

Parent and family enquiry data is transmitted securely via Formspree and delivered to our business email account. We store relevant correspondence in our secure email system.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by UAE law. Applications that are unsuccessful will be held for a maximum of 12 months before being securely deleted.

Data Transfers Outside the UAE

Some of our third-party service providers (including Google and Formspree) may process data outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the UAE PDPL, including relying on providers who maintain adequate data protection standards equivalent to those required under UAE law.
