Tutor and coach application data is stored securely in Google Workspace (Google Forms and Google Sheets), which is protected by Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.
Parent and family enquiry data is transmitted securely via Formspree and delivered to our business email account. We store relevant correspondence in our secure email system.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by UAE law. Applications that are unsuccessful will be held for a maximum of 12 months before being securely deleted.
