About Family Collective

Family Collective is an introduction and matching platform based in Al Ain and Dubai, UAE. We connect families with vetted tutors, sports coaches, and other family service professionals. We are not a party to any service agreement between families and professionals, we facilitate introductions only.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
Use the website for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without permission

For Families

When you submit a request through our website, you acknowledge that:

Family Collective will use your information to identify and introduce suitable professionals
An introduction does not constitute a guarantee of availability or suitability
Family Collective will provide a bespoke quote tailored to your family's specific needs and request
Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you directly before any commitment is made
Family Collective is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or availability of any professional following introduction
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence in addition to our vetting process

Family Collective provides bespoke pricing tailored to each family's individual needs. A personalised quote will be provided following your initial enquiry, no commitment is required before pricing is agreed.

For Professionals

By submitting an application to join the Family Collective, you agree that:

All information provided in your application is accurate, complete, and truthful
You consent to Family Collective verifying your qualifications and conducting a background check
A placement fee of AED 150 is charged per successful placement upon vetting and approval
This fee is non-refundable once your listing is active on the platform
Family Collective reserves the right to remove any professional from the platform at its discretion
You are responsible for your own tax obligations, insurance, and compliance with UAE employment law
You will not solicit families introduced through Family Collective for services outside the platform without our prior consent

Placement Fee & Payments

The placement fee of AED 150 is charged to professionals per successful placement upon approval of their application. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By proceeding with payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

The placement fee is non-refundable once your profile has been made active and the placement confirmed. If your application is unsuccessful, no fee is charged.

Limitation of Liability

Family Collective acts as an introduction platform only. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we accept no liability for:

The conduct, performance, or actions of any professional or family following introduction
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from sessions arranged through our platform
Inaccuracies in information provided by professionals or families
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of our website

We strongly recommend that all families conduct their own additional checks and that all professionals maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and the Family Collective brand, is the intellectual property of Family Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
