Everything you need to know about Family Collective, for families and professionals alike.
Once you submit a request, our team personally reviews your child's needs, curriculum, schedule, and goals. We then select the most suitable professional from our vetted collective and arrange an introduction, all before any commitment is made.
We aim to respond to every family request within 48 hours. The matching process typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your specific requirements and availability of suitable professionals.
Every professional in our collective goes through a thorough vetting process including qualification verification, a pre-interview with our team, and a police clearance check. We only list professionals we would trust with our own families. Learn more about our vetting process.
We cover all major academic subjects across British, American, IB, and UAE curricula, from primary level through to university entrance. For sports, we have coaches across football, swimming, tennis, athletics, basketball, and more. If you have a specific requirement, contact us and we'll do our best to find the right professional.
Yes. Most of our families prefer in-home sessions for convenience and comfort. We also offer online sessions and, for sports coaching, sessions at suitable local facilities. Your preference is discussed as part of the matching process.
Cancellation terms are agreed directly between families and their assigned professional. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Family Collective is available to support any disputes or concerns that may arise.
Family Collective charges a service fee for matching and introducing families to the right professional. All fees are bespoke and tailored to your family's individual requirements, reflecting the level of service, the professional's expertise, and the nature of the engagement. Full pricing details are discussed personally with our team. Visit our pricing page for more information or contact us directly to discuss your needs.
Simply complete the application form on our Join the Collective page. Our team reviews all applications within 5 working days and will be in touch to discuss next steps.
The AED 150 placement fee is charged per successful placement on the Family Collective platform. It is paid only once, upon successful vetting and approval of your application. There are no monthly fees and no commission taken from your sessions, what you earn is yours.
Our vetting process includes verification of your qualifications, a pre-interview with the Family Collective team, and a police clearance check. We take this process seriously to maintain the trust of the families we serve. Read more about our vetting process.
Once approved and listed, Family Collective will contact you directly when we have a family whose needs match your profile. We handle the initial introduction and it is then over to you to agree terms directly with the family.
Yes. Family Collective does not dictate your rates. Your session pricing is your own and is discussed directly with the family during the introduction process. We simply facilitate the connection.
