We review every application personally. Of those who apply, a significant proportion do not pass our vetting process. That is intentional. Family Collective was built on the premise that families deserve professionals whose character is as strong as their qualifications — and that is a bar most candidates cannot meet.
When you work with a professional from our Collective, you are not working with someone who passed an algorithm. You are working with someone Amina or Jawad would personally recommend to their own family.

Our involvement does not end when the match is made. We follow up with families after the first session to ensure the fit is working. أf it is not, we find a new professional at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is not optional — it is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We also maintain an ongoing relationship with every professional in our Collective. أf a concern is raised by a family — about professionalism, conduct, or quality — it is investigated immediately and the professional's status reviewed.
The Process
We do not cut corners. Every single professional on our platform has been through all three stages of our vetting process, without exception.
Before anything else, we verify that every professional's stated qualifications are genuine. We do not rely on self-reported credentials alone, documentation is required and checked.
A formal interview is conducted with every applicant by a member of the Family Collective team. This is not a formality, it is a genuine assessment of character, professionalism, and suitability to work with children and families.
A clean police clearance certificate is a non-negotiable requirement for every professional joining the Family Collective. This is the final and most critical safeguarding step, protecting the children and families in our community.
